  1. This question recently came up on the FB page and it seems that there are still understandment problems:

Sandeep is the acting model and he deals severe damage to Seamus (and so Seamus becomes paralyzed)

Seamus discards his upgrade to reduce the damage to 0.

Is he now still paralyzed or not? In my opinion yes. Seamus upgrade clearly states AFTER damaging, discard thsi upgrade and reduce the damage to 0. As per timing rules on the p.51 of the brb, given that these actions are done simultaneousely, the acting model (in this case Sandeep), makes his actions and abilities first.

The paralyze, being not a trigger but an ability coming from his To behold another world upgrade.

However, a counterargument is that, as per FAQ, 0 damage counts as no damage done, which seems also to be legit (however, here again the wording on Seamus upgrade states AFTER daamging....)

    Could anyone help? :-)

    Thank you in advance;

  2. Wanted to start with Tara, I came along with a similar list. However less beaters. Rogue Necromancy instead of Killjoy, 2 Wretches, 1 Belle, Death Marshall, Anna Lovelace, Karina and of course Tara.

The idea was, depending on the scenario and opponent, rush Tara (rogue was buried by the marshall), and make the rogue necro fast, as well as giving my opponent -2wp, which would be quite handy for terror tests (and eventually resulting attacks) from the RN.

  3. Came along this thread while looking for a colour scheme for my Seishin and then I saw yours. Absolutely fantastic. How did you get that effect and what colours did you use if I may ask. I know, you started them 4 years ago but....amazing!

I'm honestly not that fan of the Onryo, maybe because the orange in them. However ,they still look gorgeous :-)

  4. Had a game yesterday and at one moment my Rattler put the Poison +2 condition on his Hanged.

During the upkeep step I told him that the hanged would get 2 dmage (from the poison +2) and then the poison condition would be lowered by one.

He, however, told me that the hanged could only get 1 damage and then the poison condition would be lowered by 1.

We finally played his way (wich also seemed logical to me), but this morning I found an example (p53) stating :

Poison +1: .........this model suffers 1 damage, then lower this models Poison Condition value by 1.

The rule however states (also p53)......any model with the Poison Condition suffers 1 damage....

I looked up at the FAQ/Errata but couldn't find any reference about this.

Which one of  the two was correct, and is there anywhere in the book another example/written reference? (I think his interpretation was correct, but not 100% sure)

BTW, lost 3-7, I was too much focused on Killing models and not playing the schemes .Was a fun game however with excellent wine ;)
