yeah, i just got the stat cards in the mail today. its weird, i have gotten a quick reply acknowledging my issue before, but this time i got nothing. so i guess i can assume the parts for the LSA are in the mail. though i hate being in the dark about it. a quick "yeah we got your email and we're sorting you out" type reply would be nice. even an automated response to let me know my message got through. not the sort of way you want to conduct business, if you ask me.

No spam filter. The last time i contacted them i had a pretty quick response. maybe your limited to just one issue being fixed. idk, either way im screwed out of a LSA.

Has anyone else had any issues contacting Wyrd about issues they've had with miniatures they bought from them? I emailed Nathan directly twice in the past three weeks (with pictures) and used the contact form on the online store. I still have not gotten a response. I'm sitting on a large steampunk arachnid that I cannot assemble due to missing legs and some arachnids that did not come with stat cards. Really annoying at this point. -Stinko

they give you + to the attack flip. so you flip two and pick the one you want.

Does the aRamos box come with stat cards for the spiders? i got my box and only got cards for aRamos himself. -stinko

The disengaging strike would happen right before jack reached the edge, at which point after that, jack would essentially be on the lower level and out of reach. im pretty sure float wasnt intended to allow you to hover in the air, you just ignore vertical distances. in essence, chompy would stop jack from going over the edge (and out of range). my take anyway.

AP is only gained at the start of a models activation. Just to reinforce what Shadai said earlier.

Thank you! ive been painting GW models for a long time and ive gotten pretty fast at it due to the fact that you have to paint the same type of model over and over. to tell you the truth, i got kind of sick of it, so when i found malifaux, my painting motivation jumped. painting a crew is actually way more enjoyable than painting a squad of all the same models.

Excellent! I'd be presently surprised if that was commissioned for me. Very smooth transitions with the blues and skin tones. That was one of my favorite models to paint. Your base is pretty rockin (pun intended) too! though Snow does look like she is sliding and trying to keep her balance.

Good stuff. i like the green hat, matches his socks.

Small update tonight. I started the Lilith crew and did a quick paint up of some terror tots. i have 2 young and mature nephelim on the block, along with Lilith, her totem and the twins. Also coming is a blood shaman or two and Nekima (cant wait to tackle that one).

Nice! clean and solid colors. perfect. you are on the fast track. id like to reiterate on the washes as well. they will go a long way. the important thing with them though is to not use them too much. when you start highlighting, your going to want to do it over your washes as well. some folks do the wash and done thing. Once you complete the base, it will bring the whole thing to life. A lot of people dont realize this and dont put the extra effort in. even simple gravel and static grass. it sounds like you got a decent plan for the base.

That Judge is very nicely done! What made you go with the sloped base though? it looks a little bigger than a 25mm base too.

Thanks for all the comments. Always welcome I try to base all the crews in somewhat of a theme. the box sets will definitely have the same theme, but other minions may be different. I have Sonia coming in the mail so im thinking about picking up the ghost town bases for her crew. The only problem i have with the Wyrd base sets is that they only come in 5s. there is always one or two minions that don't come in the box that could really use the same themed base, like the witchling stalker. Its not a big deal really for most though, as i tend to mix them all up, especially Guild crews. Im going to start on my second Neverborn crew tonight, maybe (if i can find some time/energy). I've got Lilith on the block to go next. I can definitely accommodate. any in particular?

Hello all, I'm rather new to the forum and would like to post some pictures of my painted crews thus far. I finally got around to taking some picture (with my phone anyway). I have to say that i really am enjoying this game. As you can tell, i have acquired quite the collection. I have even more that aren't painted yet. It's definitely refreshing to get away from everyone's favorite D6 game for quite a while and flip some cards. Was wondering if something like this was in the works for Malifaux http://privateerpress.com/warroom/ the link is for an app being created for warmachine with the ability to track stats of your models during game and reference some rules. i think this would be a great asset for malifaux as well. Give it the ability to help you create your crew, track your schemes and strategies. Give it the ability to track wounds/counters/tokens on your crew as well as complete stat card references, etc and this would be a great utility for the game. It would also help clean up the table as well. i always find that i have stat cards, tokens and soulstones all over the place throughout the game. I would definitely pay for something like this.
