IT happens in 4 days. Are you ready?

Illuminated are even more deadly once the Depleted show up. I ran a list with two Illuminated, two Depleted, and a Beckoner and they really become a force to deal with. Once Brilliance hits the table, every thing get worst for your opponent.

So a Convicted Gunslinger, a Gremlin, and a Guild Guard are all standing together on a bridge. The Convicted Gunslinger pulls out a bottle of whiskey and takes a drink, then tosses it in the air, pulls out his gun and shoots the bottle. "Too much whiskey in Malifaux!" he states. The Gremlin pulls out a jug of moonshine and takes a drink, then tosses it in the air, pulls out his boomstick and shoots the jug. "Too much moonshine in Malifaux!" he states. The Guild Guard pulls out a bottle of Soulstone Ale and takes a long drink, finishing the bottle. He then tosses it in the air, pull out his gun and shoots the gremlin. "Too many Gremlins in Malifaux!" he states.

Ouch, this thread is painful.

I have always thought Wyrd should do plastic inserts, now that we have all plastic models. Metal on metal needed much more work that gluing plastic to plastic. For those of us that don't want to pin and put any extra work into a model and its bases. But I think that is only there because of the model itself. Much like only 2 of the old metals came with their own base inserts.

In October, Game Shoppe will host a first for the area, a painting contest! Here is how you join in! Game Shoppe will be creating a page on Facebook for the event, join the event and post up a picture of the miniature you would like to enter. * The model must be a Wyrd miniature. * The miniature must not be painted at all, this includes primed. It may be assembled , but that is all that may be done. You will then have until October 31st, before the store closes, to bring your model to the store and leave it for judging. The staff of the store will then judge the entries and declare a winner! The theme of the contest will be, of course, Halloween! So start thinking of what you would like to enter and get ready for the first of many new events going on in the Omaha, Ne area! Here is some info. On Oct 12th, there will be a big kick off to start Monday Night Malifaux at Omaha Game Shoppe. There will be pizza and if you show up with your malifaux you will entered to win a special alt Desperate Merc (one of the TTB multi pose model with card). After that, Monday night will be Malifaux! Congrats! So many people from the forums getting hired by Wyrd! Wonder what it takes to get a notice from them?

Maybe if you were not on a 75 point lead. lol. You are a very good and very speedy painter. Nothing wrong with that. That was me back in the day. With my new job, maybe things will pick up, but at the rate you are going, no one can catch up.
