I want more guild guards and the female guard sculpt has the easiest options for conversion due to her arms being separate from her torso, but she isn't available. BOOOOOOOO I say BOOOO! Swapping sword arms on the two males looks like an option, but looks like turning the the wrist/hand on one or both might be needed to make the pose look more natural. I love these minis, pinning them not so much.

I am new and barely touched on all the fluff/background. Is there any information detailing the colors of the guild guard and officials? Or should I just wing it, and paint any color that suits my fancy?

Threadomancy FTW. Years ago I wanted to do a card based system for a RPG and I could never quite make it work. Malifaux with its use of suit modifiers and positive and negative flips has done wonders. It could easily be turned into an RPG. All that needs to be done is create a skill system that utilizes the same card system and a decision on how character advancement works. The rest is expansion of the already existing fluff background and your ready to go.

I too was thinking of a Malifaux costume for Dragoncon and maybe Gencon next year. Looking at Lucius and also a Witchlingstalker. Gaming has shrunk so much over the years. 10+ years ago you had plenty going on, now its just sad what you see in the gaming pit now. Dragoncon this year was also not nearly as good for costuming as it was last year. There were still awesome costumes just not as many.
