Trolls Den do some awesome options including a nicely different bamboo style http://trollsdenterrain.com/ Also Fenris games do some reasonable different types of stone floor bases with different designs and types

I thought it was Clouseau who stepped up for UK last year too, not putting down UKRocky as if i remember he had offered as well I'll definitely be ordering another deck and the scheme update if someone is stepping up on the UK side of things, i'd offer to redistribute within uk myself but i'm swamped at home as it is currently

True, i've got some of the Black Cat ones that i'll be comparing to the Trolls Den bases I think overall i prefer the slightly thinner bamboo & bindings detail on the Trolls Den ones, but the Black Cats suited what i wanted more as inserts for use with the Wyrd translucent bases... the only other bamboo ones that i wish were still about were the Malcontent range from the Dark Templar, really really nice bases but unfortunately he's taken a break from making them

No, the new one is on a 50mm base and comes with Avatar Candy The old one nowadays is just a really nice model with no card as far as i know... personally i have one on a 30mm base and a normal pandora card because i love the model and use it as normal 'Dora

Yeah, i use glass beads for loads of things (MTG, WM focus, SS), i just wanted something that looked more rough-cut for stones so when i saw them i figured why not

Price wise I was thinking about £0.75-1.00 for a dozen plus shipping of whatever it actually cost me so wouldn't likely come to more than about £2.00 within the UK @Viruk: Royal mail costs for a small packet to Europe by airmail seems to be about £3.00, but it'd be whatever the actual cost of shipping is, no more @Forar: if only you were about to provide that link a while back, i'd have snagged a whole bunch... in fact red/orange are still half tempting @xKoBiEx: no worries man, i only found them for the first time in the UK by chance in a local store and recalled several questions about where to get them not really coming up with any clear answers at the time, figured i'd get them out there As a minor aside in addition to the Green/Blue/Purple i can also get hold of bright pink, clear or a dark purply/pink colour

So i know most people use glass beads for stones, or special dice or whatever comes to hand, but since seeing crews like 96p's Leveticus crew with some awesome looking clear rough cut look gemstones i've been on the lookout Now i found some with a crew on ebay (about 15 of them) but nowhere else... until today I have now finally landed various colours of awesome looking soulstones and figured i'd share The only downside to them is unlike the ones i got before these do have blemishes, 1 corner on each stone it seems is like this: presumably where's they're cut from sprues or possibly from a chip where there's more than 1 mark like this Now, provided i'm not breaking any board rules i'll happily sell these on to anyone else who's after them and doesn't mind the minor blemishes

Sorry was a really bad thing to suggest, it just happened to be an option in the game where it came up, moving the model that would be effected away from the metal gamin to ensure that there was no way to select it as a legal target Should have left it out really but it was there in my head ------------------------------------- Another quick additional situation, model gets hit by 2 different "Small But Fierce" effects... would they stack and leave the target unable to use any attack that specifically targets a model, or would the second fizzle as it was already affected by an effect of that specific name

Ausplosions just beat me to it, but yeah, card and book match No, but you can Tora-swap the model targeted if you're running a 10T crew against them And please don't take the "seeking confirmation" as whining about being on the receiving end, i intend to get full use from my own metal gamin from this and in the end, there's nothing wrong with confirming that it's meant to work this way

OK Is there any actual confirmation for this? I know it doesn't specifically state "legal target" but it seems silly to tie a model in to not being able to attack anything but a gamin even if the gamin is nowhere nearby (seismic punch, torakage swapping, lure, there's all sorts of ways to increase the distance between the gamin and it's target far beyond the 3" of the spell when cast) It just seems odd when Wyrd went out of their way to rule shadowy form not to force you in to making illegal attacks that the Metal Gamin's ability can completely shut a model down in just that way And where would Small but Fierce stand on attacks that wouldn't be allowed to target the gamin for a specific reason eg. Living only or Kaeris' burn spell that can only target a model with a burning token
