Hi guys, one question concerning Hamelin the rat catcher. Was there a change to the Base? In the big rulebook he is described as havin a 50mm base, but here in the online shop he is described having a 40 mm base. I think the latter one is the correct one, right? (frustrating, cause i only have a 50mm for him)

Xactly my feeling. But we have got FeenCon next weekend, nothing near GenCon but perhaps my first real Malifaux game and a way to pas the time. And the possibility to do some real life shopping even if most of the budget is tied by GenCon orders.

Had the same problem with my watchtower, had to make the stones again and drybrush a straight white to get a shining yellow with washing. Wyrd and annoying.

That is Malifaux` steampunk side for you, i am sorely tempted to do Ramos or Leveticus as my next project! Love the spiders! The pics seem to do them no real justice.

I would support Jaslyne`s words. It is very good for a first attempt, but a question (i don`t own the model): The lantern seems to be made of yellow paper, right? I would expect the nearest reflections on the garments to be more yellowish with a turn to green for a spooky effect further away? What do ye other guys (and gals) think? My first thought was a slight drybrush with bubonic brown, then a slight wash with sunburst yellow?

Great painting! But let me ask a question even if my minis aren`t as good as these. You seem to paint very "clean" models (something many people say about my Space Marines, too, "spit and polish Marines"). There seems to be no "weathering", no dust on the boots. Is that intentional?

Nice ones, even if i have the feeling that the hair could benefit from more depth and contrast. The Vics a gorgeous though! I so want that swordmistress in small and green and beautiful!
