Hello, we played a tournament this weekend with a group of players who are not the usual, in another city. It has emerged one doubt that both of us have clear :1_Exhausted_Puppet:. We think that if a model within the fog, 3 inches or less from the edge, shoots to a target out of it, has no penalty to shoot, because the penalties will occur if the target is in cover, without naming for nothing the attacker. The referee of the tournament, said that if you were more than an inch from the edge of the fog, but less than 3", you could shoot to a target out of it, but with a penalty because the line of sight passes through an area with the obscuring trait. Who is wrong? Thanks.

In the manifest steps, McM can replace a Flesh construct in play with Simulacrum OR if there is no FC in play, discard 4 body parts or suffer 3 wds. The second step, is discard all tokens and end all effects on McM. How can he discard 4 body parts? He must suffer 3 wds if no flesh construct in play allways? Thanks!

Obviously it's difficult to organize an event like this, and it's reasonable to have doubts. However, it is even harder to organize the clubs from other countries for a trip, so, if you may decide sooner, it'll be great. In Spain we only have one henchman and the game is centralized in a forum. If you want I can make a popular consultation here to see if there is enough support or not. Koali can do the same in Germany, I think. Probably, we speak English as the Indians in westerns, but as Koali said, all of us are playing with the game in english.
