  2. Awesome. That's good news mate. It'll be good having you here
  3. Thank you, I always try and give faces a bit of special attention as it's often the focal point of a model. Eyes I tend to do a wash over the eye and eye socket, to define the edges. Then I use a fine brush and a steady hand to paint the white part. Finally I decude where I want the model to be looking and I position the model so they'd be staring at me as I paint the pupils.
  4. Ha! I remember some of these guys tabling me at Vappa (inc. Dead justice). Good to see them all painted up now mate.
  5. I'll be honest, A&D kinda crushed my enthusiasm for painting for a few weeks but, I'm back with a brief break from Arcanists to paint up a Latigo Pistolero to count as my Gunslinger I'll be playing in an upcoming game of 'Through the Breach'
  6. You're always welcome at Worhamma Paul & co. It'll be good to see you back down for more bacon and cake

  8. Thank you for the write-up and the very kind review. I'm glad that you had such a good time and I really hope you can all make it to the next one.
  9. Thank you Paul, The next one will be on a Saturday too. I'm awaiting final confirmation but the provisional date is Sept 13th
  10. I've always played it that you suffer the final amoubt of damage the model takes BEFORE soulstone prevention
  11. I don't see why not. I take it people for the round times long enough then? I had no complaints
  12. I'm glad you all had a good time. The next one is pencilled in for Sunday September 14th. Do people prefer Saturdays or Sundays? I know rail travel can be an issue for Sunday events.
  13. Thank you for everyone who came to the tournament today. I hope you all had as good a time as I did. Best painted went to Chris Holloway Here are the full results from the tournament
  14. 15. Mobile reception is excellent. Round 4 will be postponed by 10 minutes to allow people to book GT tickets.
  16. We've had a space become available for anyone who wants it.
  17. Also keen. (With nod from SWMBO)
  18. This, I can do. I'm literally drawing names from a hat and using something akin a seating chart for tables. You guys simply won't go in the hat and I'll put you all in separate tables. Easy
  19. Yup, it's a good model for radio. :-)
  20. Just finished Ashes and Dust & friends which I won in the raffle at Heartfaux The model is very bleh! IMO but I did the best I could with it.
