Sturm88

I am looking for wing bits. Feathered prefferably, but they have to be small and decent looking. I need small wings for roughly 12 miniatures. I would like to order just the bits, not an entire mini. I have gone to a bunch of craft stores thing I could find some cheap braclet or necklace charms with good wings, but to no avail. For a size refference, without giving away what I am doing, kind of a surprise, they should not look out of place on something the size an eraser head that has been pulled out of the pencil.

Me and my buds, when WoW was first released, I wanted to play and started a Tauron warrior. Well, about lvl 10 or so they quit Horde and all went to Alliance and wanted me to come. So, out of complete hatred I jumped Horde ship and joined Alliance. I thought to myseld, what do I hate the most out of everything. Elves...but I did have to look at this thing, Elves were out of the question. Then it hit me. Sturm. That whiney preachy prick from Dragonlance. So, I made a Paladin and named him Sturm. And for good hatred measure, a dwarf. Just to jab with inaccuracy at all those DL fan bois. Well, 3 years later I was in love with my dwarf Paladin and I just kind of formed my "online" identity as Sturm88. Kind of like a reminder, just have fun or you'll get stuck with what you hate. As for the 88, it looks like 4 little circles. My other name I use in places, and really should, Mr Radar. Obviously stolen from Space Balls and my disgusting sniping during hours of SOCOM and Counterstrike.

Very cool. One of the NQ rags had a REALLY good guide on making swamp stuff and grass huts. Just like yours, all cheap stuff as well.

I have always had issues with the tips of my brushes "curl" at the very tip. Any tips, suggestions to prevent this. Even though, I have learned to use the curl to my advantage for some things.

The only way PP can bring me back in is if the release 4th edition or the long desired, in house rules system for Iron Kingdoms. To this day, IK has been and is still by far my favorite setting...so damn good.

So, title says it roughly. For a new player and to not get boned by that one guy who will not let you proxi stuff while your building your force up..How many Gremlins and Piglets should you buy? I am thinking 2 main boxes, cant hurt to have an extra Somer for some modding on, plus you get the extra war pig. And 2 piglet blisters. Should this be enough to cover those 2 in the topic? Or 3 sets of Gremlins and Piglets?

I have used Mini Market lots of times. Never had an issue and have always gotten the best price possible with every purchase. Well, not as good as Cortex Smuggler when they were still up, but oh well.

In essence? WM died shortly after Escalation was released... Rules started to ignore fluff entirely and forum trolls started to control the rules. The essence of that game has been long since gone IMHO. No longer is the game centered around the caster and jack bond nor are either the most feared on the board. Which was that games entire bread and butter to success in the early days. Hordes from day was always a step above WM on the field and has yet to be leveled out. Now, in regards to MK2. From what I have seen, they have made some impressive and severely over due changes. Overdue by 6 years or so, Skarrebomb anyone? However, for me, a once long time supporter of PP back when IK was first coming out, the damage is already done and I dont think there is a way I can go back. Certainly not forward with them. Since mid Superiority the quality of the mini's has gone down, in terms of art design. The subtle changes here and there are really unappealing to me. Exmample, the menofix change on the new plastic Menoth jacks. For no reason and not a good change at that. Dont listen to me. I am a jaded player who more then obviously has a personal issue with the companies desicions. I cut out and framed one of my old B&W page 5 from original Prime.

I stear clear of Sci-Fi at all costs. @paper - I have been lucky enough to not have any new wal-mart adventures, haha. @EricJ - I do not have a camera, only cell phone, the pics are very bad actually. I have roughly 30 plants in a 29g standard. Mainly Corkscrew Val and Dark natural cabomba for rear with a couple Aponogets. A very nice large red cryp taking up one entire side in the mid and mopani and red leaf swords mixed through the rest of the mid. Foreground right in the center I have a large Red Tiger lilly right against the glass. I find it very interesting to watch my fish interact and "live" within the lilly. Also in the front are more misc swords and micro grass. Fish: Blue Gourami x1 Pearl Gourami x2 Bolivian Ram x2 Male Guppies x4 Oto Cats x4 Zebra Loach x2 Japan Algae shrimp x15...ish haha To my surprise, the Loaches do not eat the shrimp. Though the loaches are going to be coming out of the tank very soon just in case they get the urge. My tank can survive without the Loaches, not the shrimp, haha.

Paper...that is EXACTLY what I was going to do. Well, at least 1 for sure of the 4 for sure. Not much though, I was going to use clear still water with green/brown food coloring. No Ma'am would be quite fitting for how many women there are in this game.

Just going over the big annual "con" down here in Central FL, I noticed Wyrd is going to be and involved in some paint and take event. Got anything else planned?

If I cant find bare feet, I will be choppin the feet off the Pygmy Snipers from PP's Trollblood faction. I think I will be needing to take a stroll through the huge catacombs over at Reaper mini's. Or, I just deal with it and be a big buy and mod Sommer to look like Al Bundy so it makes sense for them to have shoes.

Wurd up people. Some of you know me as the long time antagonist of the OT over at Privateer Press forums. Some of you, BugKing, know me as that guy who cusses all the time in the LGS and no one calls him on it. If your neither of those 2, you might grow to tolerate me, doubtful, but maybe, haha. Anywho... Typical gamer, played this then that. Got bored with those and picked up with these till they really boned the rules and then I tried that for a while and briefly went back to these things here. Now I am here, playing this. Currently also am playing Spinespur and Infinity. I am currently selling, Menoth, haha. Besides the cliche stuff the general gamer does I really enjoy grilling, cooking, spread sheets (no joke), live planted aquariums, walking my dogs, retraining the world that Pitbulls are not vicious beasts only thier masters are. I am quite new to the game and hopefully I can break my old extreme got-a-win attitude with the Gremlins and just enjoy them. My dogs: Snikers and Pinky Me: My baby:

So, I have 1 issue with the Gremlin models...they have shoes, this needs to be rememdied with a saw and replacement feet. I dont have the models in my hands yet, and want to get thier feet cut off right away. Anyone got any idea what other mini matches up good for thier size and has gremlinesque feet?

It was more of a sarcastic gloat at the nay-sayers. I played Menoth, I ran Amon, and won every single time. Its a matter of using what you have and doing what you can do good. Honestly, from what I gather I see Gremlins to play like stage hands. They get things done behind the scenes and try not to draw attention to themselves.

Errata after such a short time is the key isse here with artificer, not just errata. Honestly, from my brief life here with Malifaux there is still a great deal of errata or just better wordsmithing that seems to be done. I think more the latter. Inconsistancy and rules lapping seems to still have a small foothold. Honestly, nothing new for a "newish" game nor is unacceptable by anymeans. Hell, how long did WM players have to put up with Haley and Sorscha?

If a $35 book every 2 years or so is going to break your bank, you shouldnt be playing a mini's game. Even if the game is as mini laxed as Mal is.

So, this threads original intent was to encourage and help people with Gremlins... As a new player, all it has done in regards to help, has helped me choose another faction, haha j/k Seriously though, I really hope its just a learning curve and not just a single "this is the only viable startegy" with the gremlins...I really hate when games let extreme balancing issues and over charactered fluff ruin the actual gaming experience for a "faction".
