As for articles, come on guys - they can be translated. I've done it for Darkson Design's two painting books. It's not that hard or long to do.
And that whole "We speak <insert language here> and so they should have a <insert language here> edition" is rubbish. Who knows how big a company they are? Does anyone know how much it costs to have a print run of a magazine? To have it translated, distributed, etc? They do what any normal, intelligent company would do - they are aiming for their own market. Not anyone or anywhere else - their own. Any Ravage sold out of France is part of a secondary market.
Sorry about the rant - I've had to read enough people complaining about Rackham on the Confrontation forums that I'm really starting to be pissed off by people complaining about that sort of thing when it is unwarranted.
