Thanks guys for the comments. I tried and tried to get the flame to come out right but this was the best I could do without completely destroying the mini in frustration. I was hoping you would be in LA this year Eric so maybe you could explain to me in person how to get the right look for the flame. Glad you guys like him. P.S. That hair thing was removed. Didnt even notice that before lol.

This was my First Enigma and I dont have many complaints with it. The biggest thing for me was how weak or brittle the metal was but other than that it was a great mini to paint. I did get a lot of inspiration from the other minis like this that have been posted on CMON so thanks to all...um...three of them.Let me know what you guys think. I personally think this is my best mini to date. Thanks everyone in advance.

Yeah I came here for the same reasons. I have done one Wyd mini and plan on doing many others in the future. I am still new here but so far its been great so welcome. -
The base is in fact static grass and foam flock. 2 different colors of flock and 2 different colors of static grass is how I got the different look than the same old boring GW style. Thanks for taking notice and I am glad you guys like it.

Thanks for the warm welcomes guys. I do plan on hanging around more often now. I need all the help I can get on my techniques. I dont know who here plans on going to GD LA this year but I would really like to meet more people there.

Thanks guys. He was a fairly quick paint job but I like the way he came out. When I first saw him I thought of a Leprechaun for some reason. Thats why I added the horseshoe to his hat. Plus I am Irish so I had to add my own personal touch to him.

Hey guys I have had an account on this forum for quite some time but have not been real active here. To tell you the truth I am not real active at any forum but I intend to change all that. I also have had a chance to paint a Mad Hatter just recently and must say that I loved painting him. I do plan on painting more Wyrd miniatures fo sho.

What a better place than here to post this little guy I did a couple weeks ago. I hear you guys are wanting to put him in a magazine. I would love it if you would and really look forward to doing more Wyrd Miniatures in the future. This was a very very good first impression for me.
