hopefully some better pics. as for looking rushed he's actually going to be a gaming mini and i agre abiout the skulls on the base being rough but the base is going to be replaced (these ones from black cat bases are terrible) and yes there's a few conversions on it.

Well he's finally finished! He's the first model in my very slowly forming World Eaters Army (and it will be slow at this rate) A labour of love but boy i hate painting power armour... Whaduyutink?

the eyes have been brightened a bit since and the chains had to have some weathering, but i know what you mean about green. the only reason i didn't do them green in the first place is its a bit cliche (sp?) but i'm starting to think it was for a good reason. i'll be doing a bit tonight (mainly assembling stuff) but i'll think i'll change em to green to see how it looks

Been a 40k player for a while now and i've been playing IG for about 5 years now so it's time for a change. Considering my fondness for my Beloved Tamiya clear red and my need for an assaulty army it's no wonder i've been feeling the call of Khorne. now i'm not a fan of GW's orange/red bright khorne marines so i want to do something a little more dark and gritty but keeping the Khornate red/brass/black colours, especially as i'm planning a pure World Eaters Force. anyway here's a wip/colour test for what im thinking... Whaduyutink?
