  1. Oh yeah baby. After waiting for Helldorado to be translated and watching it evaporate I have been itching badly for something cool to get into. Those sculptors are the bomb. ( Besides the Wyrd crew ahem! ) Bring it on. Oh and Malebolgia good on you for being ahead of TGN with this! Please let us know: 1. When will they be out, ready for sale? 2. Who is gonna sell them online ( u.s. )? Also are those sculptors freelancing ,cos I hope the &amp " former infinity " thing does'nt mean they have left Corvus Belli and not doing any more stuff for them.
  2. I dont think it would be so much of an issue if Herald wasnt the coolest lookin superhero yet! All you have to do is release some pictures of more cool looking heroes...the grumpies will move on....I am quite enjoying watching this line grow, good stuff!
  3. Hi everyone, I am a long time lurker who pops in once a fortnight to check out what's going on and usually I dont have much to say. I live in Victoria, Australia and we have just experienced the worst disaster we have ever recorded since Oz was colonized. So I thought I would share with you what is happening to us here just to let you know what the facts are...On Friday the 6th of Feb Melbourne had it's hottest day ever on record. 46.5 degrees. This was a week after a three day heatwave of 43. Most of the state experienced power loss and railways buckled in the heat. This is the time known as bushfire season and the flora and fauna have evolved with bushfires for thousands of years. In Victoria's alpine state forest two fires merged into what survivors called a hundred foot burning tornado raining burning missles in all directions. This firestorm was measured to have a speed average of 50 km an hour. The first two towns it hit were Marysville and Kinglake. Marysville is gone. Kinglake is ruins. There are more towns that are still being assessed. Police have yet to reach outlying communities. The roads are littered with cars of those that didnt make it. So far the toll is 175 and rising. Police believe it may go up to 300.Thankfully my friends up in the hills have let me know they escaped the path of this but we are all in shock. The whole state. So that's it three days on. Thanks for reading this story. If anything give your loved ones a hug. More info can be seen on the website for Victoria's paper The Age.
  4. Gille de Rais was an officer attached to Joan D'arc. Apparently they were comrades during Joan's campaign. Historically some time after the execution of Joan D'arc, Gille de Rais' castle was raided by authorities of the time. The bodies of several missing local children were found in the castle dungeon and Gille de Rais was tried and executed...just in case you were wondering....
  5. Love your work Steve! Is there any chance you are going to stock up Fantization in the near future. That's where I got most of Spyglass from, but they are out of stock of most of the minis. I use imo's for lack of a card so it cuts me out of using some stockists. From Wyrd minis to Dark age I've realised I have quite a few of your sculpts. Most of the Spyglass\Wyrd minis are running around in Cadwallon at the moment. You are one of my favourite sculpters. Keep on going! All the best.
  6. Filgit the pirate. Filgit is short for filthy git. I had a goblin pirate rpg character just like him. He's off somewhere in the dimension of unfinished adventures. (Next to the dimension of lost socks.)
  7. Hey FF I reccomend a great remedy for you! I never got sick until my child started school and then woah we started getting some shocking colds being brought home...rather than take the standard pills and stuff I've discovered olive leaf extract. Check it out. I've never had something work so fast. A table spoon of it and those symptoms subside a lot quicker than you would believe.
  8. My eyes! It hurts! For the love of god take them away!
  9. Bah too late GW. I find it amusing that the orks are coming out against Rackhams release of the space ape Karmans. Now for the first time I get to ask hmmm orks or pre painted karmans? Looks like it's time to get your Brain Nelson orks before they go off the shelves. These ones are a regression to cartoon orks of 2nd edition 40k. No doubt most ork players will have plenty of discount plastic to make any of these new units from conversions.
  10. A lot of the original Rackham crew have moved on so FF get those sculptors now! Hehe heh...Now FFG is taking care of the english side of rackham it'll get better. This loss looks like the bubble of GW Lord of the rings that shrunk after the film joy faded. It's mostly the Confrontation metal range bubble shrinking as customers shy away from it knowing it's going nowhere and the hurt of bad supply for AT-43. This move is to protect the company while it prepares for plastic confrontation. On the upside there's plenty of stores getting rid of Conf models at discount prices! Gee I even bought some half price AT-43 stuff from a frustrated store..
  11. I think these are the Anacongas, the ranged attack apes and the other preview in the rulebook is of the close combat fighters. I like them. Considering the stains on their suits I think the heavy weapon is some kind of jetstream water cleaner.....
  12. Currently there are no immediate plans to release the Game in english however there is a pdf english translation of the game and stats. For more news go to www.tabletopgamingnews.com and look in the Hell Dorado section. I wait patiently for the english version one day...the saracens are quite nice.
  13. I have a few running around on my Cadwallon board...top sculpting as always
  14. The sad thing is that with the time and money invested in this squabble WOTC could have spent it on game development and pushed out a really good fun game rather than squash the pirates game. We gamers dont want patents... we want games! Are game writers cheaper than lawers? Is playtesting more economical than a court session? By the time WOTC have asserted their " one patent to rule them all and in the courtroom bind them " some other gaming fad will come and usurp the status quo. I say drop the court case and both parties should spend the money on a clean water program in Africa...afterall they both have Wizardry implied in their names. Where has the magic gone?
