Nice, clean job, but the highlight placement seems a little inconsistent on the metals. The left hip plate has a high highlight as though the light is coming from the front left (from the model's perspective), but both shoulder plates make it seem like the light source is above.

Overall a beautiful job. In my opinion, I feel like more than two pictures does more bad than good. It makes focusing on aspects much harder and it reduces what you can see - which seems counter intuitive - but it just ends up feeling busy. 

Strong painting. I feel like a different colored back drop would help show off your painting better. The cold darkness eats up your shadows on the mini.

I agree that the background might have been better with more contrast. That blue though... really pops, excellent choice! I love him!
