Sadly we only have 4 people signed up and bought tickets, this is probably due to it being school half term and a lot of people going away that week (boo to you people having a real life LoL). So though I do not like to do it I’m going to cancel this event.

This is a Malifaux M3E fixed faction event to be played over three 120 minute rounds. The event will use Bag-O-Tools to keep track of everything and submit the scores for the UK ranking, so if you do not have an account it will help us if you could create one before the event. We do have limited space for this event in the shop and can only squeeze in 14 players so it’s important to book early to avoid disappointment. You can phone the shop to pay by Credit or Debit card or payments can be sent via Paypal. Event Fee: £15 on the door (advance booked tickets £11) Booking in time is 9:15am to 9:55am, with the first round scheduled to start at 10am. We have 8 so far (just lost James as he has got to work). In regards to the totem thing, for this event I would say yes if your opponent agrees to it.

The Prizes Big thanks goes out to Art of War Studios for all the Acrylic tokens & Trev for raiding his collection of Mystery Boxes to help fill out the prize pack. 1st Place will get a choice of a Large Mystery Box or a Small Mystery Box along with a set of Gold Scheme Markers & a Trophy. 2nd Place will get a choice of one of the Small Mystery Box’s along with a set of Silver Scheme Markers. 3rd Place will get a choice of one of the Small Mystery Box’s along with a set of game markers. 4th Place will get a choice of one of the Small Mystery Box’s along with a set of game markers. 5th Place will get set of game markers. 6th Place will get set of game markers. Last Place will be awarded a Pot Noodle. We will also be having a prize for the best painted Master & Totem, these must be used in your first game and painted by the owner. There is also going to be a prize for the best sportsman (voted for by the players).

As we draw closer to the end of the month our regular Malifaux players are getting ready for the new addition. Malifaux - The Other Side - Through the Breach I am still around at Impact for games of Malifaux and TOS, Trev is going to be hosting a TTB in the new year some time if you are interested in that. Our Tides of Battle League for TOS starts soon also. Anyway if you are up for a game or want to tryout Malifaux or The Other Side, you will find me hanging around on a Monday and sometimes on a Saturday at the shop. If you are wanting to get a game in mid week let me know and I will see what I can do.

Tides of Battle is the official Escalation and Achievement League format for The Other Side, and a great way to get the new game off the ground. This is a FREE event to enter at Impact Wargaming and games can be arranged to play throughout the week. We have had our TOS demo packs arrive this week and we are busy getting the models painted ready for some games.

Monday evening you will find me hanging around at Impact Wargaming all set for some games of Malifaux & The Other Side. But do not disperse if you cannot make it on a Monday as we have a number of guys and girls hanging around during the week for a game. Already a Malifaux player and looking for a game or two, we have a growing community of players and it is usually not to difficult to get a game in most days of the week.
