Rasputina - Ice mirror + Auras

Situation from game played last night.

 

I used Rasputina to cast December's Curse using an Ice Gamin as a mirror, I had used another Ice Gamin's +1 Dmg Aura to get a bonus to this cast.

 

The question is, which model do we measure the range of the Aura to - Rasputina or the model being used as an Ice Mirror?

 

I believe it is Rasputina, however my opponent thought that I should be measuring to the Gamin I was using to the mirror (luckily both 'Tina and the Gamin were within the Aura so it was a moot point).

Who is doing the damage. They get the benifit. This case rasputina is the one that has to be in the aura.

I have to agree with Godlyness. Ice Mirror only allows you to draw rang and los from that model. But it's still Rasputina that's using the AP, casting the spell. So she's the one that has to be within the aura.
