I have amassed a large collection of Armorcast terrain over the years and have found them to be very easy to deal with. I've been happy with the prices and the quality of what I have gotten. In the interest of full disclosure I have dealt with them in a professional basis. Nonetheless, in all of the time that I have known them I haven't seen anything like this.
