Arkh
Finally finished my first Malifaux model. I'm decently pleased with how he turned out. I keep thinking that his helmet or back need freehand, but I think I will paint the rest of the crew before going back to add any freehand.
Webmonkey
Very well done. I like the color choices. And your shading is superb.
Evilbleachman
Really good start! Can'T wait to see what you do with the rest of the crew. Personally I do not believe the model is in need of any free hand additions. Only if you had planned on adding something anyway.
Soseito
Great job on the flame colors.
Arkh
Thanks for the comments. I just need to decide who to paint next in the crew. Probably going to end up being Misaki or Yamaziko.
Wings
Wow. I *love* the purple flames. They look absolutely amazing. The rest of the model is stunning too but I haven't seen anything that unique.
LordDarcy
I never planned on getting this figure until I saw your paint job which is incredible.
Webmonkey
It's a weird pose for a model though,.. being suspended in mid air like that. I was wondering if it would be possible to mount the character on the base (feet possibly on a tree stump or rock or what have you),.. and have his "mace and flames" hitting the ground outside the base itself. (I know it's modeled to be assembled this way, but my way would make it seem more natural to me.) Thoughts?

Arkh
It's great that everybody likes the flames so much. That was the part of the model that I waited the longest to paint because I have never painted flames before. Happy to know that they turned out well.
