This December, Dragon's Lair will host the very first Bronze Spider tourament league! What is a tournament league? Simple, you play games of Malifaux and earn points as you would in a tournament during a play off period. After the play offs, the 4 player with the highest point totals will then face off to decide who will be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Players may enter multiple factions if they like for a better chance but must pay for each faction. Here are more details.

Encounters= each player must play at least 4 games to enter in the finals. A player may play a 5th game and negate one game played before, but must pick the game to negate first. Players may not play the same player more than once during the play offs. Each encounter will be 2 hours. The first game starts at 11am and runs until 1pm. There will be a 30 lunch break. Second game starts at 1:30pm and runs until 3:30pm.

Strategty Selection=Random core from the Gaining Grounds rules

Crew Selection= Fixed Faction. 40 soul stone crews.

Scheme Usage= Schemes are unique for each faction (example, if you are playing 2 factions, then each one can use Eye for an Eye) during the play offs and then reset at the finals.

Encounter Location rules= Use chart from Gaining Grounds rules.

Format= Domination

Prizes= Prizes will go to all players in the finals. There will also be prizes for painting and sportsmanship as well as mini games during the event for prizes. Should be a good time!
