Each player, regardless of faction will be completing this. There will also be faction specific ones but they are in a much rougher state. Overall 'winner' or 'not as bad as the rest of them' will be the team with most achievement points from adding all team membes scores together, so picking a captain wiht some maths might be a good idea.
