Ratty Posted August 30, 2012 Report Share Posted August 30, 2012 A few people have had this, I think it's to do with not having a location selected when you get to that part of the process as when they have went back and tried it it's worked second time for them. I authenticate with the paypal site when I get back I can't select shipping.
