So pandoras ability The Box opens says models within 12'' lose any immunity to WP duels.

So even if a construct is within 12'' of her they still do not make moral duels?

Also pandora has a trigger if she gets a crow to make the model immediately fall back and counts as losing a moral duel. Would said construct still fall back and have to rally next turn?

Morale Duels are Wp Duels so yes, the construct would have to make Morale Duels, EXCEPT for Terrifying Duels. Terrifying duels are Morale Duels (and Wp Duels) but Terrifying specifically only affects Living models, so constructs don't take Terrifying checks even within 12" of Pandora.

Yes, the construct would fall back and rally on its next activation (during the current turn if it hadn't already activated, or on the next turn if it had already activated).
