Nazull
if say a Canine Remains is killed by someone on its own team but it was B2B with its master. Dose the master get the counters there and then or dose he have to activeate that master 1st. so meanign he would have to wait till after the other player had Activeted a model. Gruesome
EDIT: getting rid of bad info... been placing counters wrong. wierd... two adepticons of it and no one ever noted anything different. In reading manual, its clearly as Mach_5 noted, the counter does a "replace" of the model, which is same position. Mach_5
Close. The corpse counter(s) is placed underneath the center of the dying model's base. A graverobber in base contact with the dying model may pick them up before they are dropped. Also, from the FAQ: Q. A 40mm/50mm based model drops Counters when it is killed. Can a model in base contact with it pick up the counters? A. Yes. As the model generates the Counters before dropping them, models in base contact with it have a chance to pick them up before they drop out of reach. Q. If two models may pick up a Counter which gets priority? A. Starting with the player whose activation it is, and continuing in turn order players get the option to pick up the Counter.
