Daydreams Casting Spells

Soulless Life

Question

Probably a dumb question, but I was playing with someone the other night, the question came up in my head, and I couldn't answer it definitively. So...

Dreamer and 2 Daydreams companion. Dreamer buries, out comes Chompy. Chompy proceeds to, well... chomp. Chompy stays out. Daydream activates, pulls Chompy the 4", then another Daydream activates and does Magical Extension to cast Frightening Dreams.

So, my question is...

When Dreamer is buried, the Daydream is attached to LCB, and can only cast spells that are on LCB's card, correct? Or can he still cast spells that are on the Dreamer's card?

Any justification would be appreciated, as this guy is not going to just take my word. Regardless of how flawless it is. :)

You are correct. You can only cast spells from the master currently in play from the Daydream.

So you cannot cast Frightening Dreams when the Dreamer is buried.

The Dreamer is removed so is now longer "connected" to the the kid, but they "connect" when they see LCB. Magical Extension lets you only cast 1 spell from a "connected" master.

I am using quotes not to look like I am full of myself (okay, fine. A BIT), but that is the actual term describing this mechanic.
