Question about Sue

I love the model Sue, but with his Man in Black rule it makes him a little difficult to fit him into some of the lists that I want to add him into, but one that I have a question on is with aSeamus. aSeamus is wicked, but he is not deployed and might not even come into play. Would this allow me to hire Sue into that crew? Or is my Seamus crew always going to be without Jonny Cash?

Seamus is not wicked therefore you may hire him, it was ruled a while ago, don't know where though. Because the Avatar is an attachment, and when you hire sue there are no wicked models in your crew,you gain that model during the game.
