Now there is a lot of reasons why mechanics wise she is not a merc. Now imagine she was a merc, nothing as changed would she be worth it out of faction and what would you do with her? I have wished to lose many initiatives even ss to hope for lower. 9ss is hardly worth increasing the chance to win intiative. There is mimic which holds more value to me. Some abilities just shouldn't appear in more than one place. Imagine if it started copying Kirai's abilities after being turned into a Spirit by Lost Love.
