If prey is placed upon the dreamer, can the shikome bypass nightmares within three inches of the dreamer and hit the little guy? Also is prey lost once the dreamer is buried off the board or does it remain in effect with no benefit until he is unburied?

The Shikome can bypass the Nightmares and attack the Dreamer directly, because it cannot target the Nightmares (so the Dreamer's "a friendly Nightmare that could have been targeted by the Action" clause prevents Shadowy Form from working).

However, when the Dreamer is buried he is removed from play, so the Shikome's Single Minded ability ends.
