I'm watching a game right now and there seems to be some slight confusion over one of her triggers. Her don't blink trigger says this model suffers 1 wd. Place the summoned spirit within 12". The kirai player reads it as she suffers 1 wd instead of the wds listed for the summoning. The other player reads it as 1 wd in addition to the wds listed. Some clarification would be nice. Thanks

It's listed on the fixes page, it's one extra wound (on top of the summon cost) to increase the summon range to 12" from 6".

Look at it as the trigger taking a wound to increase the range, so you pay the summon and the trigger costs.

That's what I thought thank you. I tried to check the fixes but my phone can't get to that.

No worries, I was lucky when I started my first game with Kirai that someone who knew her crew was sat next to me laughing at how badly I played and stopping me from getting the rules too badly wrong!
