Bishop, Leap Away, and Buildings.

Mr_Smigs

Question

Ok, Bishop has "leap away" a free 4" push....

How does this interact with climbable terrain,

since he can go 4" in any direction (measuring horizontally),

does this mean, even if he's next to a 10" climbable wall,

he can push 4" and end up on top of it?

how about coming down,

does he get the free 10" of downward motion, when he leaps away, or does he fall and take damage if he leaves the safety of the rooftop?

I suggest checking out the Terrain characteristics here. Climbable terrain allows models to move up and down, but they pay double in their movement allowance.

When you get 4" push, it isn't a push to 4" away in horizontal measurement, but a push with 4" movement allowance (after all push is still a movement effect). When moving up or down a climbable surface, you'd still pay 2" of your movement allowance for every 1" moved.
