Minijunkie Posted November 2, 2011 Report Share Posted November 2, 2011 Hi folks, Just opened my birthday present - a Malifaux starter, C Hoffman - and it looks like the Guardian is missing his torsoe/head (and upper arms?). Just got legs , an arm and sword, and a shield. Kinda bummed out about it :\ Is there a proper way to go about contacting Wyrd about the missing parts? Just use the "contact us" form, or is there another process? Looking forward to painting the set. micahwc Posted November 2, 2011 Report Share Posted November 2, 2011 Happens quite a bit to me. Some people find random limited edition figures, I find random missing pieces. Take pics of the pieces you have, write down who inspected it and when it was inspected. The inspection info will be on a small round, white sticker. Make sure to include your mailing address in your e-mail. Using the "contact us" works just fine. They will get back to you within a day.
