Ok, so lets say you are playing Lilith against Seamus. A Belle gets killed by a Young Nephilim and the Neph uses drain blood within 3" of Nekima.
If I am reading the rules right only 1 Blood Counter is produced. Nekima can't have Blood sense trigger if the Young Nephilim uses Drain Blood and the Belle wont drop a Corpse token for Seamus because only 1 token can be produced from a 30mm base.
