Ranged/Melee Expert

This is simple, and probably asked before (Could not find through search though). The specific AP generated for something like Ranged Expert, could it be used on actions that generate a ranged strike (IE. Ryle's (2) cost ability to hit 2 additional adjacent targets)?

Nope. It's just for (1) Melee/Ranged Strikes. No focus attacks/charges or (2) abilities, etc.

Casting expert is the only real exception, as you can use the specific AP to cast a (2) Spell, but Melee expert and ranged expert are for (1) Strike Actions...
