Headcase2
Does a magical weapon ignore the suits from a dodged card? Or only the suits in a model's standard defense (+bonuses, like Saemus's + :crows ?)

Headcase2
Hmmm... that makes Pokey Victoria a bit over the top in my opinion.
karn987
Hmmm... that makes Pokey Victoria a bit over the top in my opinion. It's a rough life being a Puppet. Pokey Vic is potent, but she is certainly not without her own issues. But as people play more, I'd love to hear in more detail about this... just in a new thread heh. Bohemian
One could still dodge using the number, say a 13. If the opponent doesn't have a 13 on the flip or in their hand, the attack won't hit. It does nullify some of the medium cards used for dodge though. Misaki and her attachment also are nice to have. I lost a game due to my opponent attaching Magic Slippers and I couldn't dodge with a high enough card.
Ratty
Remember if your Master gets torn apart it's all over. Pokey is harsh but she's going to have to put herself into danger to slice up other puppets. Whereas a Master like Seamus or Pandora can hide at the back and buff their pawns. Headcase2
Sorry, making new topic. Well, my Saemus got torn apart in one swoop by Pokey Viktoria: Build up a hand and move Pokey Vik up the board for your last activation (using frog legs if needed for extra distance), end turn. Use piggy to activate Vik quickly, tear apart a toybox puppet for cards (and an upgrade), move three spaces, gain ranged weapon 2, gain powerful +1, attack and cheat if needed, gain thumpin' mode, attack again and cheat if needed. Game over. Edited September 13, 2011 by Headcase2
Bohemian
yeah, been there done that. Lost to Pokey Vik when she switched with (Two for one action) a friendly puppet that was closer. My opponent already had a couple of extra workbenches for more cards. He set everything up really good.
