Unhealthy Relationship queery

Say I had a model with unhealthy relationship, and had 4 woes in b2b contact. If my nurse cast massive dose on the model, would the other woes get the effect as well? If so, how long would they have it, and would it keep the effect even after it moves out of b2b? In addition, what if that effect was dispelled, would it dispel all the woes effects as well?

Yes, they all receice the effects of Massive Dose. However, since Unhealthy Relationship states they get the effects only while in base contact they would lose those effects when they were no longer in base contact. (Compare to wording on V2 Victoria's Fates Entwined ability.)

If the effect is dispelled on Pandora every woe in base contact loses the effect as well.
