Lure does not switch controllers, as for your second question I believe they have to end an activiation for it to work. So lure would not activate it. At least that's what I believe, don't know if they changed it again, don't have my v2 card in from of me.

But for sure lure doesn't switch controllers, it just makes them walk.

Minor correction on the answers for Shafted above.

(1) Shafted

(CC: 13/Rst: - /Rg: C) Place 1 Shafted marker within 6”

of this model. When a model ends a move or Push

within 2” of a Shafted marker, remove the marker

and the model’s controller flips a Fate Card. If the

value is a Joker, the model is killed. If the value is a

1-7 the model suffers 3 Dg. If the value is 8-13 the

model receives Paralyzed. Crooked Man models are

immune to Shafted markers. Shafted markers are

removed from play at the End Closing Phase.

Since Lure is a push, if the target ends the lure within 2" of a shafted marker, then the shafted goes off.

Now, Lure does not count as being activated, but the V2 wording for Shafted still causes it to go off.
