thescale
So I am newly infatuated with Seamus, and thought I'd post what I had done so far. (Still to come-proxies for Belles and Doxies, and eventually Molly with a Necrotic Machine. Maybe some Crooligans too.) Here's my favorite Belle- Seamus- Sybelle, and the other two Belles-
Deadpool
Love the color choices. Keep up the painting.
thedreadedsquid
Your stuff looks really good but there is one little thing that you could do to make your models pop.Do some shading by either using something Army Painters Quickshade Strong tone or GW's Devlan Mud. Try either of those and your mini's will look that much better. Keep up the good work.
Bigkid
Aye, your painting looks nice and neat but the use of a wash or two would do wonders, especially on your zombie skin (Devlan Mud...'tis witchcraft I tell thee!) Great to see a fellow Seamus player sticking it to the pansy Guild!!
thescale
Yeah, I'm planning on doing a really light Gryphonne Sepia wash on the belles, but I don't want to do too many more as I want to keep them pretty pale. I'm worried any more washes on the clothes might dull down the colors... am I just being too nervous?
DAGabriel
Yep, much to nervous. Only thing: do not flood the model with the washes. Either use them where you want the shadows or use a little bit more and repaint the heights in the intended colors. And don`t limit youself on gryphonne sepia. Regnak
That top Belle is Evil looking! Painting Belle's myself at the moment... at this very moment actually. Nice colour choices, am stuck on what colour to paint my last Belle... got purple and green so far....
DAGabriel
Glad that i won`t have that problem. My son reserved Seamus and co for himself. But keep them coming!
