junkenstein
Basically, if a model is pushed 4", does it move 4" regardless of terrain and intervening models, or is it reduced? I know it needs to able to be placed in a legal manner (so not overlapping another base etc).
0 YamiZero
Push is affected by terrain, for example severe terrain, and anything that would stop it if it is push 'directly' away, for example another model. The exception is when the model needs to be pushed within a certain distance of another model, then you ignore any and all penalties as long as the movement allows legal placement. For more reference, check Page 37 of the Rules Manual.
