aka_hazard
Can someone help clarify the placement of Collodi and his Marionettes when they use Retract and Pull Strings for me. I've had a look in the manual and searched the forum but I'm still unsure. - I know that each Marionette can only move up 8" from Collodi and that each Marionette can only use Pull Strings once per activation. - Retract says 'Push ... into base contact' and Pull Strings says 'Move...into base contact'. Neither uses the word 'toward'. My question... Does this mean that I can place the model being moved against any part of the stationary models base including the 'far' side? And for a bonus point: Pull Strings does not say Push so would disengaging strikes be made or not? Cheers
0 Adran
You would get disengaging strikes against pull strings since its a move, rather than a push. And I think you can push/ move into any point of base contact
0 karn987
Yup. If the wording is "Push/move/place to Base to Base" you can push to any part of the models base. It's how Sorrows manage to get in the wierdest places via Link. Also Adran is right, if it says "move" then it is not a push and is subject to disengageing. 0 aka_hazard
thanks very much for the answers, I can now place them just how I want them knowing I'm not inadvertently cheating. Cheers
