AstroZombie
I was thinking of trying it and I was just wondering if anybody had used this stuff on figures and not just vehicles and how it worked if at all? I did some research for tutorials and could only find vehicles based info. I have some laying around and was thinking of using it to dirty my Hamelin crew. Thanks for you help. Stargazer
Yep I've used it before albeit on 40k models.. either just use the dry powder and brush it on for a dry dust effect. If you want wed mud or dirt just mix in some water and then away you go
Sholto
It is good stuff, but I would say that on something as small as a miniature figure the effect of using powders is diminished slightly over their effect on larger vehicles. I have used powders to add dirt to the bottom of cloaks, but drybrushing Bleached Bone or Vomit Brown works just as well. For generally dirtying a model, Devlan Mud is unmatched for speed vs quality of end result. The one area I prefer powders in is for rust - it can be hard to match in painting what can be done fairly easily with a mix of rust-coloured powders. Regnak
I like the effects but many of these powders are way overpriced. Instead pickup some artist pastels (Chalky kind not oil) and a piece of sandpaper and make your own! <-- Regnak's Tip of the Day!

Peterdita
I've used the Mig ones. They are nice and have good results. Can't say I've used sealer on them though, and they do sort of rub off so for gaming minis....? Heard you can seal them with turpintine, but never tried it.
