The transaction would have to be conducted through Paypal. If the seller is in the US, the mini would need be shipped expediated shipping with a tracking number, such as USPS Priority Mail. If the seller is outside the US, we can negotiate the shipping. $100US is my best offer for the mini, it's stat card, and shipping.
