With regards to the upgrade system: If masters can attach up to 3 upgrades, how many upgrades will they be allowed to choose from by the time M2e goes into full effect? And as they, thus far, sound specific to each master, will there be a general upgrade pool (like in the campaign document) that all models (henchmen, enforcers, & minions too) will be choosing from, or will upgrades always be specific options for each model? And how will Wyrd distribute upgrades, as part of each faction deck or a separate upgrade deck? Or BOTH?! Hope that came out clear

Snuck into mine this morning and yep, my Soul Porter Card has cost 5 and there is no card for Yan Lo's Paths. Does Wyrd need any information from us to send replacements, or do you know who got Yan Lo's box from the order database?

I know this has been asked before but I couldn't find an official ruling from anyone who has actually worked with the new scuplts. With Wyrd's new ABS plastics, what type of glue is best?

I remember hearing a while back that Wyrd might be running an "Iron Arena" type thing for casual games, where players could earn some kind of points for playing pick up games in the hall. Is that still a thing? I'm personally not into tournament play, but I will be bringing a boatload of my Malifaux stuff and look forward to getting some games in.

I got a dirt cheap laminating machine from Wal Mart along with laminating sleeves and it has been a godsend. I can do five cards at a go fast and cheap.
