Quick question about Leviticus.

This is more a query than anything else, but what is the point of sacrificing the Hollow Waifs at the end of the turn if he instantly brings them back?

Is it solely intended so that they may be placed in different locations?

I'm not sure, but it'd also mean they start fresh. If they've got any persistent effects, or damage, that'd be removed.
