quick clarification

I may just be stupid, but can a model walk multiple times an activation, ie. use both action points to "run" (in a steam-powered robot game phrasing) ?

Also, can a model attack more than once per activation?

My gut says yes to both of these as the action points themselves are not restricted unless specifically stated otherwise (melee expert, casting expert, etc.) But that could just be this morning's breakfast burrito.

Yes, you can use your action points for any action multiple times (unless the action explicitly says you cannot, like in the case of a 0 point action). So you could walk 2 times in an activation to "run" or attack two times, etc.

Each model has 2 Generic Action Points (these can be used for anything 2 walks, 2 casts, 2 attacks) so yes.

Take a look at Page 44-47 goes over it. you can take the action as long as you have the necessary action points remaining.
