Do a model with a hazardous aura considered a terrain marker?

In our curent game my opponent is playing Sandeep and his ice golem activated his hazardous aura, then his master pass trought the aura, does the "One with everything" negate the damage, or ask otherwise, does the Ice golem is considered a terrain marker?

They are terrain, but it is not a marker and as such, no it's not ignored, they would have to ignore hazard entirely as it's a tactical action
