If a player faces a crew without knowing what it does and the adversary knows both, the second player will have a big adavantage (he will play to minimice the first player advantages and the first player will make mistakes the second player may take advantage of). In the duet case: A model can get minced by 2/3 extra attacks out of nowhere, or the duet may cross the table putting schemes in places the first player thought it were unreachables (and he left undefended).
