I lost Philip's head for "Philip and the Nanny" miniature from "Take back the night" Plastic box. I never lost a single bit in almost 20 years in this hobby...i'm SO sad. Might be easier to take a plastic Zombie head from any random kit and use that, if you want to get as close to the original you might sculpt hair on it to give it the effect.
