Miasma of Boils and Flies

Do I understand the rules correctly:

 

I place Ama No Zako in the middle of lets say 4 enemy models within 4". Then I fire off the tactical action Miasma of Boils and Flies.

 

Rules for hazardous terrain say: ...deals damage to models that activate while within it, or enter it (if they are pushed, movied, or placed within hte terrain).

 

Does this deal immediate damage to all models within range, as they are placed within the area? Also will Ama No Zako suffer immediate damage?

No. They did not enter it. But if they activate they will take hazardous.

If Ama moves after casting this Then yes she would test.

Q: If a model moves (or is Pushed, Falls, is Placed, etc) 0” (zero inches), does it count as having moved?

A: No. Same answer for Pushing, Falling, Placement, etc.

Since the enemy has not moved pushed or placed it never entered.

Only one correction there from Papa Smurf's response (all other parts are correct). Ama would NOT test for Hazardous/Severe from her Miasma. It says all other models have to test for it. However, the rest of your crew and the enemy crew, if they activated within it or entered it, would have to make a test as it does not discriminate between friend or foe.
