GMort
So the requirement for 'Critical Strike' is that you need 'Specialised Skill' with the chosen skill. This effectively means that when you take Critical Strike your Damage goes up by one automatically as you'll already have the suit you require from taking 'Specialised Skill' (unless for some reason you take a useless suit...which seems both stupid and unlikely). As you have a chance of getting the required suit from the card flip itself surely it would make more sense for you to be able to take 'Critical Strike' without having to take 'Specialised Skill' first. Or is there a rules interaction that I'm missing?
Kadeton
As it stands, everyone with Crit Strike automatically gets the suit they want.Is it overpowered? Not any more so than what other Fated characters can do in their chosen field. If you want to pump out damage with ludicrous ease, you're still better off playing a spellcaster.
