  1. After Wave 5 I want to resurrect this topic.

    Royal Indignation is my favorite upgrade with Titania. It makes her very tanky. Also you can have more benefit from Taproot, making Fae most of the neverborn (puppets and nightmares excluded).

    Pact with the grave spirit seems great, but I think it's more difficult to exploit. Most Masters are going to be  a threat to her, even if she has the upper hand with this pseudo decaying aura.

    Cyclops are very good with her crew. They can protect some friendly models and themselves using the ice walls, and then get to combat and use the scheme markers that are going to be around your enemies.

    The primeval conflux la the best conflux upgrade, making the emisary into a reliable summoner.

    I have not tried bultungin.

  2. I have never tried Tuco, but I am curious with what will be using his blasts to hit engaged models with black blood to give damage to enemy models.

    For example, you have a nephilim beater engaged with an enemy, you shoot, and if you hit your enemy, you put a blast marker in your nephilim beater to spray black blood to the enemy. If you hit your friendly beater, you can also give the enemy the black blood and the blast marker.

    Going back to an earlier point, I really liked playtesting Collodi when he didn't have a damaging attack. Unfortunately, Some other people thought it was really bad for a master to not be able to damage models, and he now has one of the most consistent attacks in the game. I'd be quite happy to remove the damage profile from the attack (just making it hand out slow as an attack, and keep the other triggers), but at the very least I think  it ought to gain :ranged (and probably :melee) and lose the bonus flip to damage.

    If they do that forget Bag of Props Collodi.

    You definitely need to more carefully choose your targets, but the game isn't short on Df 4-5 models with high wounds to wail on. You don't even really need to worry about Armour or Hard to Wound, since if the model is still standing they've got Chompy in their face to finish them off.

    You can also summon daydreams as always to get waking +4, but I thought you couldn t chain activate more than once per activation.

    Wouldn't it be better if designated scheme runners put out the marker instead? It's like using Nekima to do Claim Jump....ehm, you can do it if you want...

    @daniello_s

    Not Claim Jump, but using Beaters to take heads/evidence near enemies does not look bad.

    I think Lilith is also worth mentioning as getting a good upgrade. The hazardous terrain markers from her, and healing when hazardous train kills an enemy, it's a pretty strong upgrade.

    The best thing about Lilith is that you usually only spent two upgrades, si os easy to try the new ones.

    Also, combine markers, forest markers, waldgeist, Emissary and cyclops...

    He has a DF only trigger which requires that he stone for either the :tome or the :mask (or some other way to get 1 built in)  and that he wins the duel. It also doesn't push Brewmaster but places the attacking model back in it's deployment zone.

    I was talking about Collodi's trigger.
