So, question. All of the Pursuits in Into the Steam have a Step 0, but none of the ones in the Fated Almanac do. How does this work? When do you get the Step 0 talent? Is it immediately? If so, should I give the Fated Almanac ones a free Talent as well? E: Never mind, found it. No longer an issue, rules actually covered it already!
